Broken Glass Jelly Pudding.

This pudding is very easy to make & very nice.

5   boxes   of Jelly   in different colors. I used strawberry, lime, orange, blue and Green

1  can sweetened condensed milk

2 envelopes unflavored gelatin

Now  add 1 cup of water to each box of colored Jelly & make jelly in separate  boxes or containers.
After chilling the five  flavors, cut them into small blocks. 1/2'' - 1" square blocks.

For each flavor, dissolve one box of jelly  in one cup of boiling water. Pour into a container and chill (overnight is probably best, until firm).

Please note: Only add 1 cup of water to each box of colored Jelly. Use only 1 cup of water so the Jelly  is firm and can be cut into blocks.

In a separate bowl, sprinkle 2 envelopes unflavored  gelatin into 1/2 cup cold water. After the gelatin blooms, add 1 1/2 cup boiling water and dissolve. Add the can of condensed milk. Stir well  and leave to cool. Mixed the mixture  well in a mixing bowl.   Pour cooled milk & gelatin mixture over jelly cubes  and chill overnight.

Cut in to 2 1/2 " square blocks & serve.

    2. So Sorry Duwa,
This is two small Packets. 30g each Pack. If you like this softer use 1 1/2 Pack but when you add 2 pack it is more firmer and can be cut in to nice square pieces. Thanks for sharing.
